If you’re ready to begin counseling, please reach out by email, text, or phone to schedule your first session. This allows us to find a time that works well and make sure we’re a good fit before getting started.
After we schedule your appointment, I'll create your client portal account and send you a secure link. In the portal, you can complete your intake forms, which include demographic details, insurance information, and a brief questionnaire to help me better understand how I can best support you.
Existing clients may use the “Appointment Portal for Existing Clients” button on the homepage to request, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
If you’re unable to access the portal for any reason, please let me know—I’m happy to provide the forms in an alternative way.
I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice plans.
If you’re using one of these plans, I can submit claims on your behalf directly. I recommend contacting Blue Cross Blue Shield before your first session to verify your mental health benefits, copay, and deductible status.
If I am out-of-network with your insurance provider, I can provide a monthly superbill (detailed receipt) upon request. You may submit this to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Please note that any reimbursement will be sent directly to you.
I encourage you to contact your insurance provider in advance to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits and understand your coverage.
I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of service.
If you are unable to attend a session, please contact me as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
